Dr Odendall is the best vet one could ask for. He was very caring for our bird, papa. Having been to the Westville Hospital Vet last year, it's so nice to go to a vet where the doctor is actually interested in your pet. The staff are all very friendly, and I highly recommend them, especially if you have exotic pets like birds.

Fantastic service received today. Brought our parrot in for basic maintenance and the staff were exceptional. Special thanks to Dr.Odendall for being extra caring with our fussy little one. Definitely our go-to avian vet for the future. Great selection of bird goodies which is hard to come by.

The most efficient, kind and caring staff, from the time you entered the front door. Thank you one and all for taking such good care of our pets over the past 17 years (approx). I sadly had to say farewell to my precious Lucy, who was almost 16 years old and here again everyone was so kind and caring through it all. I collected her ashes on Saturday morning, which will be interned in my rose pot with our other 'baby' Mischief aka Missy. ❤️

We had to put our exotic down and our vet was away, it was our first visit to this vet and their care, professionalism and friendliness was a real help with letting go of a family member, they even gave us a little care package, cannot recommend them enough

The most compassionate friendly staff and Dr. Cunningham was so gentle and kind, absolutely thorough on her checkup for our little grey he was super comfortable with her. We were left hopeless and anxious after 2 bad experiences at different vets . This was just our saving grace , we finally got a accurate diagnosis for our baby and we are on treatment and hopeful ,we can now rest assured that he is good capable hands. I am so Thankful village veterinary clinic. 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My dogs are my children which makes it difficult to trust vets. Are they getting the best care; Is their advice correct etc.? However, Dr. Cunningham has always made me feel happy and secure when it comes to the care of my animals. They are always in great hands! Cannot recommend this practice enough!

After 4 years of taking my two dogs here I have to say they are the best! Dr Tony was our usual vet and when ever I took Molly and Frikkie in he was always ready to address any of my concerns. Frikkie my Jack Russel was neutered recently and proved a challenge to heal, he chewed his stitches out and Dr Tony put staples in for him, he chewed the staples out and Dr Tony glued him up and gave me a cone. Safe to say we had success after that but what stuck out the most on my last visit there Dr Tony saw me by reception as he was in surgery that day and my dogs received their vaccinations from one of his colleges , his first question to me was "Did we win" there myself and my dogs weren't just names on files. Also the reception staff were amazing at tolerating my Sausage Xs Singing in the Reception Area when ever we waited for our appointment. Very sad that I won't be going there again as I have relocated to Port Elizabeth, only hope I can find another amazing team here.

Best vet in KZN by far. Really good DR and staff. Took my African grey bird few days ago and was impressed. From the way they handled him from start to finished was simply brilliant. Definitely worth a visit again. Will definitely be using them all the time. Very professional and polite and always willing to help and assist. Village Vet was absolutely incredible with our Cockatiel, Reggae. From the moment I booked him in he was treated with the utmost care and love. They constantly kept me updated during his 1 week stay..there wasn't a moment I was left wondering how he was doing. He is doing so well, signing and whistling again...our hearts are so full of joy that our boy is back to feeling himself. Everyone at the Vet is simply wonderful to deal with thank you Village Vet for all your time and patience.

The people are so friendly and welcoming, my rabbit was misdiagnosed and given incorrect medication by another clinic. The veterinarian was absolutely professional and showed interest in my bunny's health. He was in good hands and is showing signs of improvement. I would recommend this clinic to all furry parents.

Very knowledgable, caring veterinarians who are patient with the owners and animals alike. I am particularly impressed with their up to date evidence based practice. I was also very grateful for the thorough discharge information which was presented as a take home pamphlet as well as verbally by the nurse. I highly recommend this clinic.

I could be biased since I work there, but... I have taken my animals to Kloof Village Veterinary Clinic and I have taken them elsewhere. The experience at Kloof is just warmer and friendlier at the same time as being professional and informative. I know very personally how caring and kind the staff are with all the animals that come in through our doors. The behind the scenes snuggles and kind words that get given to the animals while they're in hospital. It still give me warm fuzzies evertime I am witness to it.

Our darling dog Dingo had a stroke just after Christmas. We took him to Dr. Mostert. What a wonderful caring practice. We were able to say goodbye and be with him in a beautiful room until the end. The staff were so kind and Dr. Mostert was very special. Thank you so much for helping us through such a sad time.

Time is taken to fully understand your pet's ailment and all options are offered to you to make a fully informed decision. They treat both you and your pet with dignity and respect.

Our cat., Elsa got knocked my a car. On arriving at Village Vet she was seen to immediately. Xrays confirmed she had fractured her pelvis in four places. Dr kept her from Saturday to Monday evening. She was released with strict, cage rest for 5 weeks. Two weeks later she is already starting to walk small distances. Thank you to the wonderful, friendly staff.
