R. M.My husband and I received great service today from Veterinary House Hospital. We took our little pup in as she had swallowed a battery. The staff were all so friendly and caring. They helped us quickly and made us feel that our pup was in good hands. Thank you!
n. c.I have dealt with vets for the past 10 years and never have I experienced such care and empathy as I did at Veterinary house hospital.It was my first visit there on 28 October as my one baby was completely paralyzed,I took her there on suggestion from a friend to try another vet as her usual vet the Thursday did bloods and found nothing wrong and just dismissed it,her situation deteriorated and it broke my heart.The kind young handsome Dr who first received us the Saturday came and carried her out the car🫢at first I did not know he was a Dr and just thought one of the staff only when we got into the consulting rooms did I see his badge,I am so sorry did not get his name.The examination he did on her was so so thorough and this gave me relief that he will get to the bottom of it.He admitted her for further examination as again bloods showed nothing wrong.By the. Evening another most sweetest Dr who was taking care of my ladybug called me to give me diagnoses from her x-ray and spent over 20 minutes on the phone with me answering all my questions and he was absolutely patient.He did the same Sunday morning and said I could come and visit her but was so glad to hear and see she was improving❤️🩹.He discharged her Monday came and sit with me and thoroughly explain her care after discharge and even when I went for her follow up meds,I was attended to by Dr Taylor . He sat with me for a while and answerd questions I had and gave advice,absolutely kind and attentive.One of her meds he asked to go and check it out as his just coming from the USA and they used other meds there,and he came back and confirmed yes she is on the correct meds,he did not just guess.The thing that blew my mind away was he was not one of the 2 fantastic Vets who admitted and looked after my lady bug but he came to me knowing her full history🫢Gosh this was service on another level indeed.Going forward all my fur babies now have a new vet.Thank you and Dwinky is back to her old naughty self bit still on her meds❤️May you always have such talent at your practise and staff of such a calibre.

y. t.This by far has been the best vets I have been too. Had an emergency with my furbaby and from the moment I entered with her she was attended too. Considering it was her first night away from us, she was in such good hands which gave me such peace of mind. The staff and vet treated us both so well. I am truly grateful for all that they have done to help my baby. Thank you for everything and keep up the good work.
N. B.The staff members are all welcoming, friendly and ready to assist. The vets on site are super friendly and live up to their service. The vets are equipped with excellent knowledge.
There's safe and secure parking.
During this lockdown period, they have their sanitizing facilities in check.
Wide variety of pet products are available in store. Just one thing, prices are slightly high.
The environment is great!

D. D. (. F.Running a rescue facility for 200+ birds, with half a dozen rescue dogs, is not for the faint hearted. From days old babies brought to us, to 30+year parrots with injuries or a 53 year old with seizures, or special needs, this is the only vet practice we use.
I cannot count how many of our animals have been treated by this practice, some by appointment (especially during C19) and some on emergency.
We are beyond blessed to be able to rely on the professionalism, dedication and commitment we have experienced by the management and staff. Some potentially life threatening situations were resolved by super fast treatment by this team of vets.
No hesitation in recommending VHH- some of our babies whose lives have been saved, or improved from treatment here. We understand not all rescues can be saved, but VHH explores every avenue. For that we are eternally grateful.
