It was my dogs first time going to the groomer. From the minute I contacted them, they were so friendly and helpful and honestly made me feel so comfortable! My dog is like my baby and I’m so glad they gave her the best treatment!! Thank you so much 🥰🥰 100/10 recommend!!!

What a fantastic doggy Spa and shop. The owner Nilesh is so kind and helpful😊 And Xolani who groomed my baby, was super efficient and excellent with her and the rest of the staff were also so lovely and even helped me (they did it) get the dog harness contraption on and fitted to my little girl! Love this place and will definitely be back! Thank you for the excellent service🐶🎀🎀🎀

Royal Pooch is the best groomer i have found. The groomers are so professional and friendly. My dogs love going there. I highly reccomend them for house calls and going into there facility. Sean and Nicol are amazing and really love all our animals.

Sean and Nicole put their heart and soul into their business and are extremely passionate about the dog grooming service that the offer. Every single pet they groom is extremely important to them and they understand each dog's personality and needs at a deeper level. They are not just dog groomers. If your Furkids are strictly Royal Canin, then right here in Fourways is the store for you. Perhaps by design or wonderful coincidence, the store is on an upper level to the parking, which meant that loading large bags of Royal Canin food or litter, down to your vehicle, is barely an inconvenience. The two lovely ladies were knowledgeable and clearly love animals, as I ended up chatting about my two cats and even shared some of the photos I had on my phone. The difference between buying at a supermarket and a specialist store is this : Excellent customer service with delightful people!

My dog wasn't terrified when receiving him after the cut, usually he is but at Royal pooch he was very chilled. And they did a great job at cutting him 👍 Very professional and not expensive
