I highly recommend Steadfast when booking your safari! Isabella was immensely helpful through the full process, from doing extensive research on lodges that fit my interests and budget, to being flexible to accommodate specific requests, and was super timely in getting back to me. I can’t imagine the time and effort it would have taken me to organize this without Steadfast!

The Steadfast team organized our honeymoon in South Africa in Dec 2022. It was a delightful combination of a Safari experience, Cape Town City and Camps Bay and Franchhoek. The team was proactive in planning, seeking feedback and prompt in answering our questions. It was our first trip to Africa and the Steadfast members were able to guide us on what to do and what to avoid. They arranged a guide/ driver to help us navigate the way. Overall, it was an enjoyable trip and we are glad to have chosen Steadfast as our tour provider.

In February 2023, Steadfast organized a safari for us in Kruger National Park. I was really impressed with their quick communication, full involvement, and genuine effort to understand our needs as best as possible. We stayed at one of the lodges located right in Kruger Park and spent 4 nights there. The service was excellent, the food was delicious and varied. Every day, we went on safari drives in the morning, and in the evenings, we visited the spa. We saw the entire Big Five, but the most memorable moments were definitely with the elephants and lions, who came right up to our safari vehicle. I will 100% recommend Steadfast to anyone planning a trip to Africa because of their outstanding service and unforgettable experiences.

We rented a villa in Camps Bay for a small group of German women visiting Cape Town for a yoga retreat. Steadfast were the property managers and throughout the process their service was highly personalized and efficient with quick responses from their team and a willingness to support us with whatever we needed. We also loved the little welcome boxes of Cape Town treats they gave to each of our guests.

Our place was incredible in Camps Bay, Cape Town. There were some minor hiccups but Nicole and the team were incredible at communicating, fixed the issues within a day, and even got us a gift basket for our kids. Incredible agency. Definitely would stay with them again or some of their other properties elsewhere.

Steadfast Africa were just amazing !! They helped us to plan the PERFECT holiday for our group. We were 10 people, two different families. They found us the most amazing villa in Constantia, which had a pool and tennis court, they helped us to book some top restaurants and also a couple of great hiking and golf experiences. We felt we did it all, from hiking, golf and tennis to drinking, eating and dancing it was the most ideal place to spend New Years !! We are already planning our next trip!!

We would highly recommend Steadfast Africa to anyone heading to SA. We went to the Western Cape for two weeks, travelling to Cape Town, onto the Winelands and then down the Garden route.
