My Father-in-law wanted a once in a life African experience and the team at Incoming Africa made that dream come true. All our accommodations were unique and were touched by every staff’s hospitality.We visited Kenya, South Africa, Zimbabwe, Botswana and Zambia on this holiday. Nelly was checking on us during tours to make sure we were having a good time. We absolutely loved the whole experience! Highly recommend:)

We were planning our summer vacations somewhere in EU, however due to visa issues we eventually decided to plan for South Africa. After a lot of research about the country, we finally decided to go ahead with a tour operator instead of making all bookings ourselves as it was almost a 2 week itinerary with multiple destinations within South Africa, which we felt would be cumbersome to book ourselves. So, again after a lot of research about different travel agencies we decided to go ahead with “Africa Incoming” and I’m glad we chose them. Our itinerary was DXB—>Johannesburg—>Kruger—>Back to Joburg—> George—> Mosselbaai—>Hermanus—> Cape Town —> DXB. So, it was a long itinerary with multiple stops and requirements. We were in contact with Dylan from Africa Incoming, who very patiently understood all our requirements and tailored the itinerary and bookings to meet our needs. Our topmost requirement was to book all luxury properties at these various locations and we did get to live in some beautiful properties (with a few glitches which we sorted along the way) We lived at NH Sandton (previously Hilton) while our stay in Joburg, which we could’ve stayed somewhere near the airport, but due to our need of good properties we were booked in Sandton which is almost half an hour to 40 mins from the airport. Then are stay at the Elephant Point at the Kruger National Park was by far the best with an utmost luxury property at Elephant point and the wonderful game drives booked. From there we moved to Joburg and then to Mosselbaai, where we faced a glitch with three room booked. Somehow the room was not to our requirements and we had to pivot and book ourselves at a partner property which was better than the one we were booked at. However we managed to move everything around as the partner property was around only 100 m apart. Although Mosselbaai was overall a wonderful experience and we managed to move ourselves to a property with a private Jacuzzi. One other good thing for us from Mosselbaai till our journey to Cape Town was our most wonderful Tour Guide - Mr Mogamat Van De Rheede. We started calling him Uncle Mogamat. Uncle Mogamat is the kindest, most knowledgeable, most experienced tour guide in whole of South Africa, who right from Mosselbaai—> Hermanus—>Cape town (total of 7 days) was with us and he drove us around and explained everything about all the various beautiful spots we visited in so much detail and took us around the town which were not part of the official itinerary. If you get a chance to book through Africa Incoming, I highly recommend you to deal with Dylan for all your bookings and especially try and get Uncle Mogamat as your guide, and yes I do recommend to get a guide as it is such a big country with so many beautiful tourist spots and numerous things to do.. it would be remiss without a guide. Overall it was memorable trip for us and thanks to Africa Incoming for taking care of all our needs and tailoring it to meet our requirements.

Sam was extremely supportive whenever we contacted him, promptly responding to our queries and made time to meet us personally during our trip to South Africa. Our group of 10 had an amazing time and bring back sweet memories of the trip. The hotels were of a high quality with a good spread for breakfast. Room service was excellent. The transport provided was comfortable and adequate. The drivers and tour guides were knowledgeable and made us feel safe. The journey was enjoyable and itinerary gave us all what we expected and more.Thanks Sam and Africa Incoming for the wonderful experience.

I spent several months trying to plan a 2 week safari through several countries for 6 people, including 2 seniors. I talked to many different companies before finding Africa Incoming, and none were nearly as helpful. Sunny was amazing. He helped me plan all the details and customized our trip so we got exactly what we wanted out of it. He was able to modify things to work within my budget without losing out on anything. All of our tour operators were extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and Sunny was in touch daily to ensure we were having a great experience. Our hotels were top notch and in great locations. My family including 2 children had traveled to Victoria Falls and South Africa for the past 2 weeks. Africa Incoming was extremely professional and supportive throughout the trip. Inspite of the mishap we faced at the Victoria falls airport/airlines, the Africa Incoming team was very patient, understanding and professional in rearranging our trip according to the changes we had to go through. They were very active in receiving calls, checking on us everytime, following up with guides, punctual transfers etc. The team had indeed given us a memorable trip and we highly recommend them for anyone looking for a great, safe and memorable trip to Africa. My trip in Joberg and Capetown was amazing,organisation and details we greatly set,Very professional services (from Tour guides,Hotels sellected,Inland transport,drivers)... Our Organiser Sunny-san was all times (24/7) available to ensure confort. My wife is also very happy of African incoming! However,we didnt enjoy the common alert on safety on walking around,at least not used(in Tanzania) from by such many warnings
