A shopping experience I always look forward to when visiting kld. Spacious aisles, organised shelves and produce which can compared well with other retail stores. Decoration inside the is welcoming and staff always helpful

The environment is good to do shopping, I like it. The stock is nicely packed. The employees help in a friendly manner. At the till, the queue is moving. I can recommend it to others.

Store has a night layout and good range of products. Prices are reasonable. Usually there are enough cash registers open and not much of a wait even at month end. I've only got two negatives... One the staff are loud and the merchandisers even louder and they aren't concern with customers, which is a big concern since customer sales pay the salaries. I would love to shop and not have to compete with the staff and merchandisers over floor space and actually hear myself think. Secondly... And I'm not sure if it's Hyper responsibility or the centre but the toilets on MTN entrance is disgusting! They are NEVER clean and trust me I go there a lot. We have wet floors especially at the urinals and basins are usually a mess too. It be good if that could be sorted.
