Staff is always friendly and helpful. The coffee bar area is well placed. You walk in and it smells like heaven.

Generally a good woolies, but has no express till, and no option to give feedback. Queues often very long in the evenings after work, but fine the rest of the time. Would be five stars if they had an express till.

Always good produce and service. I am heavily pregnant and when I popped in to get some goodies the line was so long. One of their staff came upto me and asked me not to stand in the line and took me to the front to pay for my goods. I was blown away by this kindness. Thank you woolworths ❤️

I love Woolies....the variety of foodstuffs is wonderful. Always visually appealing and most definitely fresh - and prepared meals are super tasty. Pricing is just right. There is a great choice of other household items as well. Woolies is always lovely and clean and offers an inviting and calm shopping environment.

All the cashiers and supervision had a mask and shields but the cashier that serverd me only had a mask. She asked me if I had wanted a packet and I said no but she still charged me for it, I suppose she did not hear me because her attention was with something at the next till. While I'm packing my stuff into my bags she was talking very loudly to the cashier behind me. This made me very uncomfortable. I used her hand santiser and she quickly took it away. The store is neat and clean. The staff are friendly. They unfortunately do not keep a full range of woolworths products like other branches such as the cascades woolworths branch. The range of oven and microwave meals is very limited. As with most woolworths stores, there are seldom enough tellers at the check out.

The ques are a bit long and the inventory management is awful. Please update your are order levels. I've also found the cakes are not as good tasting as other woolworths Whether these are kept too long before then sell hy date something is amiss . The cashiers arent friendly except the one male light skinned guy. However the 2 managers who usually work weekdays afternoon are awesome
