R. S.I deal with the owner of Empire Elite directly and he is one of the most patient and efficient trainers/advisors out there. He will take his time to personally plan workouts and meal plans for you which I must say, does work. I've seen results in just 1 month. Amazing brand 👏
M. M.Hi guys my name is Mawanda and I’m excited to write this review, as a young entrepreneur and a person who has been on a health journey, I was so impressed by the company’s innovation. I joined their 30 day challenge which was on an app with my meals, workouts and a coach that I can have access to 24/7. I stayed consistent and definitely got results, to mention their Superlean protein shake 🚀🔥, I’m fussy about over sweet and thick protein shakes but this was a perfect balance of lean and flavour (lol I had it when I felt like having cravings).
