Service is proper. Cleanliness is excellent. You have everything at your display, all in one shop. I love this Checkers. Everything is so fresh and clean. However 3weeks back we were traveling to Pretoria and we bought 2full chickens, those chickens were offish and had a foul smell. Couldn't go back to complain as we were already on our way to Pretoria. I'm never buying cooked food from your kitchen, that just ruined everything for me

Love this Checkers! Their fruit and veg department is só nice 🍌🍏🌽🥕. Fruits & veggies are always fresh. Their prepared food - yum! Cheese department is the best in town 🧀 And the wine department where you can go and look up which wines goes with which food - amazing. I love supporting them!❤️

Everything under one roof 👍 even a medirite pharmacy 👍 prices are good, quality is excellent 👌 the new set-up is nice, although I'm not too fond of the new very very narrow claustrophobic isles leading to the tellers... but i guess this set-up helps to siphon the queue more effectively. All-in-all, Checkers AMajuba is my family's go-too for everything 👍

Staff there were the unfriendliest of all checkers I've been to and it was my first time there traveling .... Ladies at the spice deli/section were the worst.
