Lovely store with a huge variety of household goods and groceries, love the fresh vegetables section for some of the more difficult vegetables that you can find here. Fresh halaal meat at very competitive prices in butchery, and now have a sit down deli and coffee shop. Exceptional shopping experience, but will need to follow queues in peak shopping hours.

Their specials are good. It helps to know your prices because not all specials are cheaper. The bakery is wonderful and very competitively priced. They have a united meats butchery, meat is of aan excellent quality. Month end can be nightmarish because the queues spiral all way around the store. But the specials, especially the fruit and veg makes it worthwhile. Take a queuing partner, that queues while you shop😉

Shop appears to be a bit unkempt. Saw a number of items in the produce section that was very rotten so the smell and sight was a bit off putting. In terms of pricing, they are generally much cheaper than other similar stores.

Frontlinehyper provides great prices for you day to day groceries. Cleanness might not be the best at times while you walk on the floors. So we don''t but any items that are prepacked/baked by the store. But definitely a great place to get value for you money. A trolley full for items will cost you 30% if bought at other retail store. Highly recommended. During the busy periods the lines to the cashiers can be quite long but they do move fast (maybe an extra 10 -15mins wait time). Parking is safe since its inside hillfox.

The store can do with a good clean. It always looks dirty inside. The fresh produce does not always look fresh. Prices oversll are good.

Love the low prices, good service from the staff if you are looking for something they will show you. 2 things I don't like, 1 your bakery section. They leave you going to the tills with unpriced bread etc. You get to the tills the cashiers send you back please fix that. 2 your cashiers mixing things like washing powder, soap etc with food in one plastic really. Provide them with fruits and vegetables plastics to wrap before mixing with food.

I've been here a few times since the revamp and must say, they have a few good specials now and then. However, they can surely work on improving the atmosphere of the store as it is dead. Some nice music will make a difference. 28 October '23 - No change as yet. 9 January '24 - No change as yet.

This place has changed so much you can see that quality and customer service is on the top of the list. What I enjoyed was the fresh cream doughnuts, can we have less sugar and more flavor if possible. Only one bad experience and that's forgivable. Your store bakery is amazing the bread is fresh there is a constant need to improve your store and that's the difference between competition. This might not be the prettiest place to shop but the prices are fantastic and well worth visiting. Their fresh beef is excellent quality and their lamb stew packs are great. The place has been renovated and greatly improved. Definitely worth visiting to do your grocery shopping.

This is my new go-to place for monthly shopping. From fruit, veggies, bakery, and halal butchery, it's overy affordable. The only issue I have is the line to the till. Can take you an hour to get to the till. Management needs to manage that line better because it's a popular place, almost like a Makro.

This is the place I do all my house groceries for my family. They have almost everything. Their bakery is unbelievable, I always buy bread and they have freshest in town. The prices are what is most attractive about this store. There is always a special. It's a good place and things are well packed and stored.

Great store. Good prices and I get fordsburg butchers halal meat in the westrand. Swop the veg section away from exit/ entrance to where the eggs and bread are. Struggle to get veg when so many trying to pass by or enter or exit

Roomy store with a lot of wide, easy acceseble pay points. The prices are realy good and if you need something in bulk, personell is eager to get as many as you wish and help you get it to a pay point. Staff is realy friendly as service is excellent.

What a grocery store! It is my absolute favourite. Great produce and great prices. I would rate it 5 stars if it wasn't for my recent account of waiting 50minutes at the till for them to put an item om the system for me to buy as it was on the shelf without being in the system. I also find their potatoes do not stay fresh for too long. All around I would still say I like it enough to loyally return each week

Well priced. But like any store know your prices. Tills can be slow and the q can get long. Suggest you go early and beat the masses. Also management have an interesting lunch policy where half the tills closes at luch time. Even when the q is backed up. The carrot cake at the coffee shop do look yummy! So if it gets to long you can park and wait...

I live near and the specials are good but it's not a pleasant shopping experience. Every time I go there they are hauling goods and packing with machines and the staff are in the way. You have to wait to get through the crowded isles while the heavy machinery are in use. The produce is not of the best quality. When they have to void at the tills it takes a while for a supervisor as they struggle to call people. Then of course the young man who came to assist doesn't greet like you would find at other stores.
