Always a pleasure to do our shopping here. Wherever it's for month end shopping or for a quick 'pop in', the experience is always good. Staff always try and go the extra mile to help out.

Good as far as a Checkers store goes. Just the parking directly outside was a bit of chaos with people holding up traffic waiting to get parking almost outside the door, with other parking spaces open

Although I had to wait in the line to pay my electricity bill, I do understand that it is not the lady behind the till's fault that there is only one till in working order. She tried her very best to keep the line flowing. Please show respect to other people who try their best when you are in a hurry!

Checkers Newton Park has a Bakery, Deli and butchery. They generally have most thing in stock. I have noticed they don't always have stock of items on special but if they don't have an item they will try and substitute it with another brand at the same price or take your details and let you know when it is in stock.
