Man what a pleasure to purchase an item from Racketlon!! They had my shoe size available, which is a big plus, as I always struggle to find large size shoes... big ups to them for that! I phoned Patric just before 15:00, man what a legend, he helped me out super quick, and told me he would immediately start packing my order to be shipped that day still! Ordered two sets of darts the one set 32 grams in weight and the other 30 grams in weight, on Sunday late morning. Printed the order only to see that the one set of darts would be a 20 gram set and NOT a 30 gram set as originally asked for. Report this to Rackelton Sunday, 18 April. They forwarded me a photo of the replacement 30 grams darts. The darts were delivered 8am Tuesday morning with the correct darts. I went to Racketlon to restring two of my tennis rackets. I was looking for some advice re string type and tension, and the owner was more than willing to assist and answer my myriad of questions. Although I was slightly skeptical about his suggestions I decided to trust him and go with his suggested strings and tension - it turned out his advice was spot on. They even rushed through the re-stringing (I got a whatsapp from them in the evening to notify me my rackets are ready) as I had a game the next day. Exceptional customer service.
