Just been to this shop today, amazing amount of gear and most of all extremely helpful staff. I'm from Australia and didn't have any knowledge on the fishing in Knysna but wanted to give it a go and they guys here kitted me out with gear and useful tips and spots to try. First time fishing in Knysna, went to get some bait. I was blown away by the assortment of gear and even more by the staff’s knowledge of the area, they have a large map up on the wall and Poena were extremely helpful on showing us which species to target where, describing what to use in which conditions. Also remarkable that they do not mark up their prices during peak season. I highly recommend.
