M. S.Received really good service. My club head faces were loose from second hand clubs I purchased, the workshop assisted me in fixing them and increasing my shaft length to the correct length. Would definitely recommend the workshop to friends and family.
N. B.Service was great when I bought new irons, a week ago, assisted me well. A week later I booked a fitting, but had to cancel due to other event. I quickly popped in just to get my wedges grips taped, but the way I was treated by Jandre and Marcel I didnt feel welcome. I was still talking to Jandre about grips on Driver and fairway, but he didn’t want to really talk to me and turned away, although Marcel helped with the taping, I asked about maybe changing my driver grip, as I am 180kms from the nearest proshop, with other grip option in my hand, the conversation was rushed, and immediately accompanied me to the door, still wanted to get other items, and no assistance was given further. So if you buy expensive goods you get helped, but dont cancel your bookings, the attitude immediately changed. Lynnwood will not see me again. Woodmead for the win.
