Therapeutic Studio is such a lovely environment, I always feel calmer the minute I walk in the door. Heidi is so knowledgeable and encouraging, I did Pilates with her throughout my pregnancy and now 1 year postpartum I am so happy I did! The physios are also great - it's a bonus to have everyone under one roof :)
