One small critique, I had the Obsidian treatment as a gift. I was a bit taken aback that I had to do my own body scrub and skin mask. I then lay by myself in the room which was somewhat cold and not comfortable for around 30mins. For that the treatment cost, the scrub and mask should have been applied by the therapist. Or at least that was my expectation.

*I should add, having reviewed the description of the treatment, nowhere does it mention the exfoliation and mask is applied yourself and not done by the therapist. While I appreciate this is “part of the charm” it is not correct to be misleading in your description of the treatment. You should amend your information

Danielle, who was working reception, was warm and friendly. She made checking in and out a breeze.
Kwazi was an absolutely phenomenal massage therapist. I couldn’t recommend her more. Definitely go for the cupping and hot stones.
The facilities are clean, luxurious, and relaxing.

h. w.I had the most incredible full body massage experience today with Ashley.. He is Clearly extremely experienced and super professional. Where other massages I've had have left me wanting, Ashley is so thorough and I was taken out of "reality" for the 90mins I was there. Every other staff member was so friendly, professional and helpful from he entrance to the parking section.

B. W.New facilities, different younger environment. Team try their best. Pop Music not sure , had to ask for one sound to be put off as they tried to put on spa music during the treatment. Although massage and facial were ok the specialists could have been more gentle throughout the treatment- small things like how you open the blanket, dropping products on the floor , pulling hair and roughly wrapping the towel. These things must be done as part of the treatment. Also not prepared prior to the treatment doesn’t help with a true spa experience
