Stock levels not being maintained throughout the day, have to ask before you'll find more stock being added to yhe fridges in the chicken and meat section. Could do better

Always good to do my shopping here .I get most of the things I need . Well lit and neat. Queues are sometimes long but don't be put off as movement is quick. Friendly staff who are ever willing to help with a smile .

Wonderful service rendered by Mr. Mohammad who so kindly assisted myself and my family. unlike the rest of the shops in the mall, he does not bombard a person instead he gives us the freedom and space to shop and assists when needed. i admire this type of service because it makes me feel at ease and that Woolies is NOT desperate for sales. A plsure to shop at this branch. The service and friendly staff at this Woollies are commended for going the extra mile to assist their customers without hesitation. Our return of goods went off well without a hitch and was attended to in the miinimum amount of time. If you're looking for attentive staff and people who love their jobs this is the place to shop. I nearly forgot to mention their super snacks at their deli .. delicious chicken strips and beef puffs will make your mouth water and make you return again and again ..

The store on a whole is always so organized and the staff is always willing to assist.just that I bought lamb bones last week,and they really mean to make it into lamb bones as there was hardly any meat on the bones and it is like all over R60 a packet,but definitely not worth a buy.that was very dissapointing.i will definitely not buying it again.they should put those bones in the freezer with the dog food and not sell it to the customer's for consumption and to make a pot of food to serve to one's family.#verydissapointed for those lamb bones.

The staff is always helpful always nice that's why I rated them 5stars u can't blame them for the quality so I've been buying my children school shoes at woolworths like since they started school but this year I had a problem with the brown walkmates shoes normally my kids grow out of it but this year the one is already on her second pair which I bought 2months ago and the second pair also came open infront and I mean it's jst 2 months and the other one's also broke and I bought it the beginning of the year the quality is really bad I'm so disappointed in woolworths I shop there for quality the manager did say they will change the pair I bought recently but I mean u spend so alot of money u think its gna keep for two years and onto of that they girls they don't play soccer and there school don't allow school shoes if they do sports so u can't blame it on that

Would be great if you stocked large packs of free range chicken breasts. Every weekend it is sold out which means you should stock more. Even the small woolies in Kromboom road has these large packs in stock. I've spoken to the manager previously about this.

I find it best to go early mornings, ample parking and pleasant shopping environment

Good quality clothing but don't cater for the larger size man. Biggest waist size is 40/107. We needed 42 to 44 waist.

Long queues at the tills does not do it for me. Customer service fro one of the supervisors while looking for a product was well above industry average
