I don't give a five star, because I always leave room for improvement. I was helped by a male cashier and a lady supervisor on Monday 2024-04-01. I unfortunately failed to get both of their names. But we had a friendly chat and much laughter. The cashier was so sweet. The lady went to go check the price of an item I bought. Then she pushed my groceries in a cart to the door and then instructed another staff member to take my groceries to my vehicle. I could not help but giving them both (cashier and supervisor) a long,hard hug. They made me feel special. And I wanted to reciprocate the feeling. The cashier was so appreciative of his hug, saying: thank you Mama. And the lady as well. We blessed each other at the door. To the two of you unknown angels: God bless you! Shop has all basic needs for someone on holiday

By far the cleanest and most organised grocery store in all of South Africa. The deli selections and prepared meals are delightfully packaged and presented. All the items are faced and stocked full. I didn’t see anything out of place. This should be the example for all grocery stores to pattern after.

Very wide variety of products, fair quality. Trolleys are a problem, many broken/patched. Staff members were not always professional, a senior member of staff was yelling at a colleague for not carrying her cellphone/not being at the receiving bay at that specific moment, she was busy working. This yelling and embarrassment went on for several minutes in full view and within earshot of the general public. Surely these matters can be handled in a more discreet manner?

The store is not the biggest or best store but I honestly have to give them the highest praise for there amazing Hot Foods Counter!! It is absolutely beautiful!!! ALL the foods, chicken, pork, meals, everything looks absolutely delicious!! They honestly deserve a Noddy badge or some sort of prize for there display & preparation alone!! I went in there for something small to eat- whilst I was driving & working bt I bought a bit too much- bt that was not a bad thing!! I spoke to the elderly lady whom I think was in charge behind the counter & I told her - that I just had to tell someone how amazing everything looked & I had to compliment them as a team on keeping that counter soo perfect!!!💯 I went back to the store before I left Robertson & I went to buy my family a decent supper- which was a bit of quite a bit but they thoroughly enjoyed all of it!! I just wish there was at least one PnP in Cape Town who's Hot Foods variety looked like Robertson PnP!! I'm soo sorry but I was really impressed & not much impresses me- cause I'm on the road every day & I have eaten at many of the best places but this store was absolutely mind blowing & I will tell everyone!! Thank you for allowing me to express myself & sing there praises!!

The smart shopper card really does it thing, I just bought 2x 750 ml of sunlight liquid, just swipe your card an save, the price you see can really surprise you when you use your swipe card, if you pay original price, definitely sure you earn some money from your pnp smart shopper card ❤️

The service and everything else is good n there was just the one thing with a transaction they did it went thru on my phone and declined by their terminal . They supervisor said it will return within 60 mins . It's been 4 days . Still not back . I must bring a bank statement . Like is my word and the evidence of my cellphone not accepted???? Do I look sklem ??? Idk ., ☹️ but yeah .

Best place to shop for whatever you need but complain handling very poor. Brought back expired items after 2 weeks even went to the shelf for them to realise the products were all expired since March 2018 but they still couldn't replace their product and asked me to take it back home and look for a slip.
