Well stocked store and staff are very helpful. I felt such a sigh of relief and satisfied with the service in my most recent experience. I had called customer service in regard to getting an exchange for a pair of socks I had bought from a branch in Durban as it was missing one sock. I let them know I was about to go to the v&a, they contacted the manager there and she happily offered an exchange. When I arrived the manager was not there however multiple staff members assisted me and helped me exchange the product so that I could have a complete pair of Springboks socks before leaving SA. No insinuations of stealing or checking cameras like the staff members from the store in canal walk. They simply asked the date of purchase and looked at the receipt and exchanged the product. Great service
