Walking into Vapealicious in Margate, we were on the hunt for a new vape but weren't quite sure where to begin. What we found instead was something far more valuable: exceptional customer service and expert knowledge, thanks to an incredible staff member named Hayden. Although we initially couldn't find the exact product we were looking for, Hayden turned our visit into a remarkably positive experience. With a keen eye for detail and a vast understanding of vapes, Hayden took the time to assess the problem with my current vape. Not only did they offer a solution, but they also provided insights and advice that were both informative and immensely helpful. It's rare to come across someone so dedicated to genuinely helping customers, and Hayden’s willingness to go above and beyond truly set Vapealicious apart. This visit was a reminder of how invaluable great customer service can be, turning what could have been a disappointing experience into a highly satisfying one. For anyone in Margate looking for vape products or needing assistance with their vaping needs, I can't recommend Vapealicious enough. I never leave reviews but Hayden certainly deserves a review for his impeccable knowledge of the variety of products all across the range and where to get specific products in your home town should you be in town on holiday. He has been more than patient with me over the past 2 years (smoker for 20 years) and expertly assisted me to stop smoking cigarettes. It is very rare that you walk into a shop/store and the person infront of you has pride and is honest with you. One of the friendliest and helpful people that I have dealt with. When I first walked into his shop, he recommended a device and product, I purchased it and I didn't like it (I was a smoker so not his fault that I didnt like it) but I continued using it. After I stopped smoking cigarettes, well, Hayden was right from the start and it was a fantastic device and now I play with the product range based on Hayden's knowledge of his business. I cannot recommend Hayden and Vapelicious enough. You can call him, whatsapp him or go into the shop and he is a happy giant there to put a smile on your face. You have a customer for life Hayden. Well done!
