I have not flown model aircraft for about 15 years, and my first visit to Smitties 20 April 2022 was as professional and pleasant as it could be. I bought a LIPO battery and the purchase that was supposed the take 5 minutes became 45 minutes. This was mainly due to Smittie’s value for customer relations and in making me feel more than just a number. A lot can be learned from him with his sound knowledge with RC planes and in general. I was assisted by Jaques's father Smittie.
