Wonderful pet shop. I've been supporting them since 2009. They always go out of their way to help clients. They ordered a specific aquarium light for me that they didn't stock and even sent me a message once the light arrived. Their fish are also of amazing quality. I would definitely recommend them if you're interested in the aquarium hobby.

Only place in the area that sells mealworms. They sell products for cats, dogs, birds and fish. They have a wide variety of products. The staff are always friendly and helpful. They greet you at the door and ask whether they can help you find what you are looking for. They are never too busy and there is plenty of parking. Definitely recommend to go here.

Phoned them to find out if they have crickets and meal worms available. They said they had and when I arrived at the shop they had the items at the counter ready for me to grab amd go. I did not ask them to do it that way, they just did it in their own.

Really nice store to get aquarium equipment. They give you advice on the best products to use and they're not too expensive. They have a really nice variety of aquarium plants.

BEST advice about my Betta fish and they are both healthy and very happy, no complaints whatsoever. I will never use another pet shop for pet supplies.. the service is great and the advice couldn't be any better. The staff are very friendly, chalet was comfortable, but there were spiders and insects in my room, no breakfast buffet, only from limited menu and it took a long time to serve it, there is definately improvement needed in their service.

Lovely open shopping centre. Nice play park for kiddies and restaurants to choose from. Looking forward to Seemans Butchery opening as their meat is excellent! A bit far from us in the east but well worth a trip!

Pet a Pond Is a well stocked Pet shop with a big variety of products for all pets. The Staff are Friendly, Helpful and Knowledgeable on "everything". Usually if they do not "have it" in stock they will try to get it for you if it is available from their supplies. Come Highly Recommended

Healthy livestock. Neat premises. Huge variety of aquatic plants. The only reason i am not rating it a 5 star is because the sales people can sometimes be a bit of a nuisance. Sometimes they are talking so much that it prevents you from browsing and thinking at what you want or need. You will leave with your ears bleeding.
