We bought a baby monitor from baby city and the App doesn't work in our country. Wasn't a deal breaker, but we wanted it for notifications on our phone and what not so sent them a mail. They arranged for a better monitor at a discount and a full refund for the original in the store (and super fast I might add). What a treat! I think other companies could take a leaf out of their book when it comes to customer service. Customer queries are an opportunity to impress and that you did. Well done GroBaby!
