It's always fun to go and browse around in this shop. Little bit pricey for me but a big variety to choose from.

Was a loverly spot for kids to see the large Batman and Hulk etc. I was more keen on Kaylees and made the trip for my Birthday...unfortunately I left dissappointed in Kaylees as they don't serve Pizza in the week. Only Fri Sat after 12. Costing seemed rather expensive 200 to R250 per person and even trying a mix of a few things didn't really work well. Taste was good but small portions.....suppose Vegan is like that. Still had fun though.

This place is very wonderful for fans of anthropomorphic figures + characters in anime and characters in the Star Wars movies, as well as some famous movies such as Harry Potter and many other things in the world.

2nd time we visited. This time really took the time to literally go through every shelve and aisle. They have good selection of comics (as the name infers) For other items the do have some genres and brand but little bit limited. Even the Funko selection seemed very specific. The vehicle section is very cool as well. Was a fun walk through and did get one or two items. Definitely worth a visit for the visual and experience.

Went to a kiddies birthday party, and after the party we decided to browse the store... In one word, WOW! What an awesome place with so much to browse... Will definitely be going back there!

It's such a great way to spend a morning just browsing and taking in all the comics, super heros, and vintage car collections. Kids love this place, and they have a little dog park where you can have coffee and pup kids can play.

My brother and his daughter accompanied me. What a superb layout of the store, coupled with a tremendous array of merchandise, that makes for a great shopping experience. You scrutinize all merchandise without any interference from the sales staff. The merchandise range is breathtaking, and I must admit I felt a bit like a teenager again. The service was slick and the salespeople are top class.

Very large selection of Comic books and decent selection of statues and figurines. Spacious and easy to navigate since items are well categorized. Wheelchair friendly - especially due to the size. Some very expensive life size statues available here for those with enough space. Location includes a restaurant and an vintage car store. Also a large selection of die cast toy cars - largest I have seen outside of Hamleys Sandton. There are not really any competition for this store this side of Gauteng but you could get a more intimate comic shopping experience if you are willing to travel to the smaller stores in Randburg or Pretoria. Still this is an excellent location and well worth a visit if you are seriously into comics and collectables.

What a great experience! Love it sooo much. Unfortunately a bit expensive but definitely worth the visit! They have comics that vary in prices from cheap to not so cheap. Great place! Kaylee's eatery also next door which makes the experience even better!

Unique, affordable, very well designed facility. 🙌👌 If you are looking for a unique museum experience, looking at a collection of vintage vehicles, a great spot to visit. They have a collection of statues you can take selfies next to - small kids play area. Vegan food store called Kaylees. That is a must try. The team are welcoming. Every single one of them are friendly. Great variety of international sweets and drinks. Infact if you just want to get sweets and drinks you should go there. That shop is called Cookie. I was slightly hoping to see a cinema room or something like that - especially with the theme the store represents. They have decent hours 8 - 5 most days.

1 less star because there's always a way to better your service and your business as well. This place is to sum it up in one word, Unique! So refreshing to be introduced to a store that's more like a mini comic con in itself that I have fun just to visit and get lost in the world of superheroes, classic movie memorabilia, and even a giant cookie in case I get hungry in the DC vs marvel universe. It isn't cheap but it is worth it for the deserving friend or family mender, especially when it is birthday time. My nephew turned 8 and I stole the show with my gifts and for cheap because of the promotion items I scored. R50 for a Joker (from Batman), plus I couldn't resist another one for myself, with the Marvel logo on top of the red box, a quirky group game that has playing cards, sweat bands etc. The idea is to go through the game and the cards will instruct the player to do dance moves which opponent players will be given similar chances to challenge each other and score points for the win. R72 in the sale bin, What! And I got a Batman branded gift box with a mug, Drinking glass and a figurine of batman that's in the design which resembles FunkoPop figurines but with its own slightly different twist. It was a bargain at R240. Available in Superman as well. Check out the pics. Oh and the staff came to help me and I was fine but this guy took my items off me and made sure it was waiting for me at the till. Nice! I am headed there now just because of this review and its making me get excited to see what all is new and on promotion.

Fantasic place to visit for all your fandom needs. The different areas are divided nicely and is easy to navigate. Lots of merchandise and good comic selection, you're truly spoilt for choice. The Cookie Co there is delightful, good selection of sweets and the cookies are delicious. Great coffee, strong flavour and good froth. This is a good place to spend an hour or two, but you won't leave empty handed.

Very relaxing place for the geek in us! It has 3 restaurants where you can go there to chill and take it easy. Some classic cars are also on show, which is a nice touch! There's a good range of Marvel and DC comics on offer. Must visit

Definitely worth a visit if you have not been here before. There is a lot to see and tons of comics and merchandise! Marvel, DC, Harry Potter, Star Wars, American sweets and lots more. Most things are pretty expensive, even at the restaurant so be prepared to fork out some cash if you came to buy stuff.

I loved this place, so many beautiful comics and everything a person will need when it comes to gaming, movies, anime or even just of comics will get you all riled up. What an amazing experience! The whole family absolutely loved the trip to the store. They have merchandise to suit every fan and alot the items are not readily available in Johannesburg. Be warned though Irena are on the expensive side. The displays between the cars and the merchandise are phenomenal. You can see the live put in to the store. Well if you are a comic fan, then look no further. This place has a huge collection of comics!!! As for my favourite part, the figurines!!!! Unbelievable quality and the prices match.... You can actually have fun in this store without purchasing anything it's almost set up like a museum. Also if you collect vintage cars you will find plenty here aswell. Very friendly staff and also nice places inside with great snacks. An absolute must visit for any comic/figurine collector!!! Easy 5 Star

What a great venue! There was a lot of money put into this place, and it shows. I have never seen a comic store like this before. The quantity and variety of stock was really impressive. You would want to spend a few hours here when you visit, you can even grab lunch (vegan restaurant 😀😋). Be sure to have a full wallet as you will walk out purchasing something.

Love the old cars and the props to go with it. Great for pictures and fun to look at. They have awesome Star Wars and Harry Potter items and definitely figurine and comic books. I guess there was just not much to do afterwards!!!

Honestly was a bit dissapointed, if i wanted to look at old cars I would have gone to a museum. Lots of very exspensive figurines was on display to buy and good selection of comic books aswell. My son also enjoyed the store in the beginning but got bored very quick. All of the merchandise was exspensive. Struggled to find any well priced item. Bring a fat credit card, I'm sure you will find something to spend money on that will gather dust somewhere. Didnt eat at one of the two restaurants that was available. One being a healty option and the other one a cookie store.

Hey Everyone Just wanted everyone to know what a great outing we had visiting Comic Warehouse. Firstly I was amazed at how big the shop itself is. Variety of stock is amazing and the amount of old school retro collectables is indeed worth a look. Loved the life sized superhero statues, unlike anywhere else it was trully magical. Loved how the warehouse has separate sections for Star Wars fans, Harry Potter fans and how everything is organized and laid out for easy reference. What I love most is the extra's on the premises like the cookie shop that smells amazing and the sit down café where you can have a bite to eat while shopping and the one of a kind classic cars display outside in the parking lot. Can definitely get lost and geek out there for the day. Thanks guys for an awesome experience. We look forward to visiting again soon. Gordon Downing

This is a Geek fantasy come true. A world of comic and pop culture under one roof. Oh my hat. Largest range of Pops I've seen to date. Rare collectibles to purchase. Cookie shop and restaurant on site. Cookie shop has play area for the little ones. Beautiful classic car collection also here with weekend and holiday events. Large wheelchair accessible parking and entrance, as well as ample space to roam freely without worrying about people infringing on your personal space (Get up out my personal space - Rick and Morty reference haha) Fell in love with this place the moment I parked outside. Had lunch at Kayleighs restuarant situated here. It was absolutely delish and worth every cent. I would recommend it to anyone that's into healthy, eating. Plus situated in a great and different shopping place for something different.

This is such a unique place to go to ... Just to see the Comics and larger than life Hulk and Thanos statues. Some interesting things to see and if you like Big Bang Theory - you can imagine Sheldon and the gang hanging our there. The other places like Kaylees and the antique cars are bonus add ons

Definitely worth a visit, even if its just to look at the life size statues! Staff are incredibly helpful. We just went to look and came home with a bootful of unexpected purchases. There is a vegan restaurant as well as a Cookies & co (with imported sweets) on the same premises. The cookies and brownies are incredible.

This is one of the best places to go to if you’re looking for cool comic book, anime, or Star Wars merchandise. The items are EXTREMELY expensive though, so I don’t think it’s a store to go to on a small budget but if you can afford it then everything is absolutely fantastic there. If you are on a small budget then there are anime stores in The Glen or Rosebank Mall/The Grove which you can get items around R200. Comic warehouse you need a budget in excess of R3 000.

Quite a large selection of all things geek. Impressive number of current and classic comics to choose from for all collectors. Plenty of toys and gear on the shelves as well. There's also a dedicated Harry Potter and Star Wars areas for the really big fans of said franchises. There are also a few lifestyle statues if you're collecting or setting up a store or the likes. There are, however, two areas I found weren't well represented, that's Nintendo merchandise (of which I couldn't find a single item) or the Street Fighter franchise (only 3 or 4 items). Would've also been great to see some more classics like Gremlins, Nightmare Before Christmas, Turtles, etc. But, overall, it's a great spot and can easily spend well over an hour just browsing through.

Awesome placeand easily able to get overwhelmed with all the 'eye candy' to see. Beautiful displays and surely a place to see (with your kiddos) atleast once in your life. Im not a big fan but my boy was super chuffed to see all yhe figurines etc.

Amazing! Looks looks like another world inside! My husband and kids absolutely loved it. There is something for all ages. Would just suggest they update their map location as it does not take you to the correct address.
