Takes almost a week to exchange faulty device. about 2 years ago exchanged a faulty device with another vape shop and it took them 3 days. Just to add with this that it's the same brand that was faulty. Will not buy from the again if this is the case Update After the complaint I received my replacement 2 hours later.
