We arrived in the middle of loadshedding and half an hour before closing time on a Saturday afternoon at Bedworld in Randburg . We were greeted like long lost friends and given such great customer service and advice . Chichi listened to my needs, offered multiple solutions and kept trying different mattress and combinations until we eventually found what worked for me. There was no sense of haste to close on time, only a determination to find what would work for me. She is an absolute asset to your company and an excellent sales lady! Thank you Chichi- tonight I sleep on my new mattress thanks to your patience and determination to help me!

Great service - highly recommended store. Ordered and paid for at 07:10 and Chichi called before 08:00 to confirm stock pick-up. One item was not available so she upgraded me to the more expensive option without asking any more on the cost - really not expected and a pleasant surprise.

I have to say for a fully digital experience Bedworld in Randburg was by far the best. Chichi the sales agent was so quick on the mark not trying to sell me something but truly trying to understand what it is I needed, even going as far as contacting reps and having a custom topper made for my new bed. Above and Beyond! The business itself handled everything super well form consulting, quoting, invoicing and just now delivery. The delivery team was superefficient and everyone I encountered was super friendly. Well done to you Bedworld you have some great people working there and you stock great products at very competitive prices!

It is hard to know which bed to choose, let alone which shop to buy it from. I liked this website, saw they had a great Google rating and chose this shop. Ricardo helped us and I have not been blown away by this kind of service in a long time! He is extremely knowledgeable, helpful and went as far as to show us the website of a brand we hadn't heard of to show us that top hotels use them. He was not pushy, just confident and a great salesperson that I would return to.

I have NEVER experienced such service. I called in the afternoon as I urgently needed a bed for an unannounced family visit. I immediately received on the spot response and within minutes had the deal sealed. The prices were astounding, lower compared to any other, even on sale. A bonus to the deal was free delivery from Randburg to Benoni. Without delay the bed was exactly what we wanted, delivered to the door after working hours at 18:40… and even placed into the room we wanted it. All arranged from my couch. Our family couldn't be more rest out if it wasn't for the extraordinary service and assistance from BEDWORLD RANDBURG. Edit: item received: Ordered an item online, nobody from Bedworld contacted me to say that the stock wasn't delivered. Still haven't received the item to date. It's been almost 2 weeks and the people in store tell me to wait another 2 weeks because they "forgot" to check the stock. Quite disappointing really
