Spectacular service and follow through from Knowlen. He goes over and beyond to find products that aren't in stock, and has prompt text and call responses. To top it off, Knowlen is friendly and pleasant to engage with. All in all, this 5 star level of service is rare.

The staff at this place are amazing. I rushed in just before closing time and they were not irritated with me at all. I was quiet undecided. I made my purchase and left even though the system was offline! Now that is what I call good service. They are really fantastic. Well done guys.
