Had a great first time experience at West Pack Lifestyle today. Spent over an hour viewing what was on offer. Was looking for a 5l bucket with a lid, but bought a few other items for the house as well as some well priced snacks. Elton was very helpful and assisted throughout our shopping experience. Was impressed with their plastic bag section. Not any more as the gads that they stocked are no longer available and I have to use big bags in a small bin. The rest of the store is fine.

Love this place for everything, not just containers and Tupperware knock offs. They literally have something for everyone. Their pricing is good and the sheet size of the store makes it awesome because you find stuff you didn't know you needed. Much cheaper than General Store and lots of the same stuff. (Wink wink).

If the staff, especially the cashiers weren't so preoccupied talking to one another, it could be a better experience. They don't even acknowledge or greet you, just continue talking to one another at the top of their voices.

I met friendly staff members at the door, promoting the specials that were displayed outside. Inside another employee availed himself to assist me and he was very eager and energetic, showing me the varieties of what I wanted. I left to compare prices elsewhere and when I came back, Iwas welcomed back by the first employee at the door and he jumped to assist me, handed me over to a very enthusiatic one, who carried my boxes from the shelf to the car,very polite.

Such a great variety of products. The staff are amazing: very friendly and efficient. Always a pleasure to shop here. I am adding another review: I needed balloons for a function in August (2023) and I contacted the PE branch, as we reside in Cape Town, but the event is in PE. What an incredibly easy task! Tamson has sorted everything out for me and sent me images to make sure my order was 100% correct. This is customer service at its absolute best. Thank you, West Pack!

Had an encounter with a very rude staff member, but will give this shop a 5 because of how the matter was handled by the Manager and other staff members. The lady is uncultured and very rude and uncultured, infact she doesn't even deserve to be called a 'lady', she almost spoilt my day. We all have our bad days but HEY...She has no clue whatsoever what customer service is. I dont like it when someone behaves like that unprovoked. She didn't even return my Greetings when I first greeted, the younger guy was better, he at least showed some interest. I am not a difficult or unreasonably demanding customer as I deal with customers myself at my place of work. Couldn't believe the drama 🤭 Please take her to some training.
