Good day to the professional lady at Firework who attended to me when I bought my Fireplace. I had no knowledge of how it works when one purchases a fireplace. She has the world of knowledge just listening to the advice she gave me. She attended with a smile on her face which made communicating with her so easy. If my memory serves me correctly she is Uline. I really don't know when last in most shops I have received service like this. She gave me a name of the installor Dave whose service I can recommend to anybody. He is prompt took us through everything how it works. He has been very professional in his approach.
