Best service I've received from these guys,very responsive here at Newcastle. Drivers go the extra mile. I have had parcels delivered the next day from JHB, I wish aramex can learn from these guys. Keep it up.

I had requested a pickup and deliver option from Courier Guy and found out that my parcel was misrouted back to CPT from the JNB hub. Upon quering further, the Newcastle Kiosk told me that it's normal for the parcel to go from JNB to HAR hub(in which it never even went to HAR hut instead back to the origin). Very poor response from employees. This issue has been sorted out, but not something I would expect after using Courier Guy multiple times.
