D. G.What an amazing way to escape the hyper-masculine world we live in to connect with your divine feminine energy that most of us don't get to celebrate as much as we would like to! Angie always brings such a fun and exuberant vibe come rain or shine and the burlesque classes have become my highlight of pretty much every week. It's a place where I can let my hair down, be sensual, shake it all off and just ground myself.

K.When people ask me about La Rouge, I tell them it’s my “happy place”. I train at two of the three studios, and they all have the same incredibly high quality of facilities and equipment. The trainers are not only highly qualified and experienced - they also care about each of the students training at their facilities.
The atmosphere and vibe at La Rouge is so supportive and friendly, and no matter what level of fitness you are at you will always enter and leave a training session feeling wonderful, empowered and motivated.

Really enjoyed it, the environment was easy going, and helpful.That hour flew by! I'll definitely be adding this to my weekly workout routine!

Every body-type and fitness-type is celebrated and welcomed here. Whether you are into dancing, pole, silks or hoop - all the classes are fun and filled with other supportive women. I train at the Illovo branch and the studio is beautiful with high quality equipment. There are also the most stunning outfits for sale to help you feel your best self when you come to class.
