This is a great Nando's. Always loved it. Could do with some more comfy seating for families and would be great if the spice shakers on the tables actually worked

As a chicken lover I always prefer nandos .it’s best for me .I ordered full chicken hot with 2 side.really I enjoyed my dinner it’s awesome

When I’m in no mood to fix myself something to eat, this Nando’s is my go to. Always bang on, in terms of quality and value for money. Like clockwork, every Friday, we order Boujee Bowls and Peri-Tato salad. And I must admit, I’m never disappointed. When I ask for extra sauce, they give me more than extra sauce. And it just tastes better than any other Nando’s in Cape Town. On Friday evenings, after a tough day at the office, when Mr D knocks at my door to deliver it, I’m so grateful we discovered it. Keep up the great work!!!!

Service is too slow when you dine in and wait for your food. They need the more waiters and maybe if the ladies who serve the food actually were polite, it would make a huge difference. The food is really good.

The pick-up was great! I had ordered on the app (Nandos specific App)to pick up in store. They were friendly and told me my food wasn’t quite ready yet. I didn’t have to wait long and I was on my way! They forgot to put caramelised onions on the food, however after we noted it on the app I received a call from the manager saying that next time I go in they will replace them, which was nice touch!

I have no complaint, but my friend was very disappointed Re: Service and wrong order. Their concentration were more on online orders that had to be delivered. There were hardly anyone in the dining area. There's no justification for the mistake. I don't think she would go there again. She was furious. .

It was a visit during lockdown, so telephone order, 25 minute waiting period and collect. Our order was correct, ready on time and there was plenty of parking. Outside Lockdown time, it is quite busy and if you are ordering a takeaway then the wait is quite long, for a sit down the wait is shorter

Waited 35 mins for 6x take away meals. It was an excessive wait for straight forward 1/4 chicken, chip and roll meal. Staff were noy exactly friendly or helpful although I did get an apology for waiting so long.

Nando’s Rosmead is definitely one of the better Nando’s in the Western Cape areas. The service is decent and your meals are cooked well. Located quite near the Spar so you can also get your groceries while waiting for your food. They offer delivery as well. As much as the service is quite good and the food is great, they get too busy to Clean and Clear the tables so you may need to ask to have the tables Cleared. I would definitely suggest trying the Quarter Chicken and Casa Pap, Chicken Strips with Garlic Roll or the Chicken Wrap.

My mom's visiting from Pretoria as I recently moved to Cape Town. I have to admit you are the best Nandos. However yesterday I ordered the double chicken burger and it was like water drenched in the burger instead of sauce. I actually felt nauseas afterwards because it was quite gross. Not sure what happened as you guys are usually AMAZING

Table number 31 we sat at.had chicken bones and leftover food under the table that probably fell off the table of the previous customers table was sticky.it was not busy and staff seem to take it very easy I generally dont like this branch as it's not high on hygiene.
