Reviews of Bibis Kitchen
Best best attitude, best lamb chops best pumpkin and spinach. Amazing selection of samosas.
Best savouries and desserts.
Bought koeksisters for Sunday breakfast, for the 1st time and it was really delicious. I also got me the feta balls and it still tasted as delicious as the 1st time I had it, couple years ago. The prawn half-moon is delicious and strong and the jalapeño balls are delicious.
Amazing food always! Wish the Restuarant was still there but the food is definitely always a winner!
All their food are of very high quality and the Best in Cape town!
We love treating ourselves at Bibi's!
If you're looking for some really good food with some Indian Cuisine, this is one amazing place. Food is amazing and super tasty, and there is quite a variety to choose from. (Also some vegetarian options) Their desserts are quite good and they stock a variety of frozen savouries as well. Only down side is the price, they are a bit pricey, especially when it comes to single servings of their savouries such as half moons etc. But other than that a place I would recommend.
Food is great , yes they more expensive than most takeaways but it's worth it
Taste is 5 stars. Price.. Not 5 stars. R8.80 For a seafood half moon... Basically if you want a fried savory. Expect to pay above R7. And they are average sized. But yes. It taste great. I go each Friday to buy 1 or two samoosas to spoil myself. And I'm not poor. But buying several would even make our politicians broke
The cake is amazing. Staff is friendly, and ample parking is available.
Bought fresh Koesisters here. Lovely and fresh. Also bought a variety of frozen food items. Pricey but excellent quality.
A must if you love good food and reasonable prices . I have been a regular at Bibis for years and have always been completely satisfied with the quality of their food. Clean store, wide variety and absolutely great quality food. You will be hooked from the first visit
Savouries so delicious... but unfortunately so very pricey. Cost over R100 for 4 samoosas, 3 half moons and 4 tiny custard squares
Warning! Decadent and delicious. Arguably the best in Indian cuisine in Cape Town. You can sit down (self service) but it's mainly take away. Main meal, savoury or dessert, you have to try Bibi's.
Half moons are great and so is the samoosas. Tandoori chicken is good. They the best pies you will ever taste. The is sit down area best it is not very busy in that area.
Extremely busy. Waited 25 minutes in queue before we could enter. Took 20 minutes to prepare steak sandwiches. Food very delicious. Makes it almost worth the wait.
Food is good albeit expensive. Too little pay points.
Best savouries I've ever bought
Quality snacks and halaal cuisine. Reasonably priced. Friendly, efficient service. Highly recommended 🙏👍⚓
Both the peppersteak pies and the chicken & feta balls are a favourites. Happy to drive tue 20km to Bibi's to enjoy them.
Best moons, pies and roties!!! Just go in, get what you need and go home to enjoy! Lovely shop
Songs should be written about their chicken bryani, poems about their milk tart. Yes, it's expensive, but now I know where I want to spend my money. Superb.
There are so many delicious treats to choose from. My favourite would have to be the butter chicken curry. The best I've had.
Rather pricey, didnt enjoy the food. However the snacks were absolutely worth it. The mini pies, samoosas, half moons etc were amazing
The selection range of tasty curries are endless as well as sweet treats.. btw there are frozen products as well
Good quality savouries and sweet treats also very pricey. Ramadaan treats are the best! Sliders, mini roti's and bola's
Seriously the best choc eclairs, biscuits, koessusters ever!! Lovely atmosphere & people, superb service. One of Wynberg’s gems.
Great food....especially the savouries, prawn half moons, steak and potato basket, the chicken basket, quiches etc that is why the five stars....the staff are grumpy though.....
Alwways amazing. Expect to pay no less that R150-R180 to fill your bake.
And know that youll always be satisfied.
A little pricey for some but I'm willing to pay extra for quality, especially when it comes to food. Great tasting food and snacks
Excellent North Indian Cuisine with Cape Malay Influences...
Great foods the only place selling snoek samoosas which is great well worth a visit if you thinking of entertaining
Nice food, a bit pricey though but you get what you pay for
Had salomies. The salomies were good but significantly overpriced for the portion size.
Best savouries in the suburbs. He food os good too and they have a phone and collect option as well
Absolute Gem in the southern suburbs of cape town. If you want to experience authentic cape Malay koesiesters and other treats, do yourself a favour and make a stop.
The food is delicious, the store has a variety of deserts and the doorman is friendly.
Some of the best cases of "you don't change a good thing". Best savories and desserts and baked goods by far.
Love your Samoosas and half moons. Really delicious and different.
Lots to offer you, tasty food friendly staff.weather you want food on the go or to sit down and wait bibis will accommodate you.
Prawn chaat, prawn moghlai and garlic naan. 🤷🏽♀️ Nuff said.

I used to be a regular here before I relocated. The best comfort food and friendliest staff.

Wonderful Place. Awesome food, great service and a pleasant experience.
