Atmosphere is not the same, McDonald's had this vibe, staff helpful and service with a smile l, whether drive thru or dining in...sup par serviceis the order of the day. You don't get value for money with products on offer...Coffee and sweet treats are fairly priced. Not the food

It's a busy fast food outlet, The drive tru has most people coming in around 7am- 8:30am. From 16:30 to 19:30 you are most likely to find a long queue, however the service is quick and the line goes fast almost every time. A little patience is needed but the wait is worth it.

This is a great place to have a quick meal or to get something for the family. They cater for all. I have to go there every week.

Finally this store has extended their drive thru order counters to cater for two cars at once. It was a mission previously waiting for orders to be be taken due to long queues. The food itself is as expected and fresh.

Why have 2 Lane drive thru but have one person taking your order it just don't make sense because can just carry on and take someone else's order ,if there's a person on a bike he can overtake everyone.

Very clean and organized store. You can now make your own order. The place is spacious and not crowded. There is usually no waiting here and their food is very fresh and delicious. This is a great place to take a family or friend when you don't have enough cash because it very cheap and i like the fact that there are no ques.

New self service options available, easy to use systems. Avoid the long cue and use the self service systems also very quick delivery time. I am very impressed I rate them an outstanding 5 star 🌟

The place is well updated,nicely laidout. I hate the staff attitude they judge you the second you walk in..this time they were talking about 2 white young couples in Zulu and they give customers names when they talk about them among the cashier,the coffee lady and the one who goes around cleaning tables. They served us with attitude no greeting,no confirming our order to the slip no offering anything else (we used the self service machine). They didn't talk about us there cause we can understand.

Good service and friendly staff good food They always do a great job one i saw them doing something that I thought I would never see someone was moving from one table to a bigger one since the one that they were sitting on was small on their way to that table they drop their chips on the floor so as they were going to have one meal with no chips the wife proceeded to by another small chips but the staff member who saw that she brought them another chips with no charge i still talk about it to the people i know that is why I'm telling you guys thank you for that Regards Kenneth Jackson

Drive through is right next to the main road which is also the main entrance to the property, that can be a little inconvenient. But the service inside is quite exceptional and quick. All COVID 19 protocols were observed

After the looting damage to this branch, it has made a superb comeback 👏, new order features inside with the friendliest pleasant staff on standby to assist, l have to say this branch has always used the freshest ingredients that gives one the more delicious burger! Loads of new items & offers on the menu too. I prefer the instore to the drive through, even though the drive through also has fast methods in place...covid rules in place for peace of mind!

3 and 3/4 star rating. Not a bad experience. But there is room for improvement. Slightly slower service than other McDonalds branches that I have been to. ( But not aggravatingly so ). Staff looked to be unhappy and demotivated and were non engaging with their customers, in comarison to some other McDonalds outlets. Food was of the usual McDonalds expected high standard though.. So that was good.. And shop cleanliness was of a impressively high standard... Like I said... It was not a bad experience at all, hovever, It would have been far more pleasant, if the staff made people feel more welcome valued as customers and if they showed a little more interest in their customers. Perhaps making suggestions if what they reccommend, or giving info on specials or new menu items.. or just engaging in a little small talk when things are not hectically busy , or chatting with pople in the eaiting to pick up area. Something like that. Just a suggestion. ... Perhaps this something for management to speak with their staff about. It should be a priority to see how they can improve staff morale. I hope this helps.

Very busy (month end)...and staff battling to cope. Gave us our order with half the items we ordered and eventually had to ask where the rest was. Was eventually supplied our full order after much confusion by the staff.
