Chilled out at Mug and Bean at the Cresta Shopping Mall when there was laod shedding in my neighbourhood. Was chilling with friends of mine watching people. I ordered a delicious big slice of Lemon meringue pie and cup of hot chocolate. We sat at Mug and Bean until the power went back on in my neighbourhood. Not a bad place way to spend a Friday evening.

Service was great, and food was brought really quick. Great experience in that sense. It seems though you have changed your tomato soup recipe. It used to be tangy and rich in flavor, yesterday mine was just sweet and thin. Very little tomato flavour or evidence of it being made with tomato. The pesto is a fine addition but with the sweet soup did not work. The toasted cheese saami was still great.

Awesome place great service and breakfast food. The WiFi is a bit laggy though I would recommend the restaurant look into it as alot of people use it. The scones are really good 👍 been going here for a few years with no complaints. As all good places can get very busy at month end but waiters are up to the challenge.

The waiter as friendly The services from the manager was non-existent I said when I gave my order NO BREAD but could I get ONE EXTRA slice of tomato I was charged R12.00 for ONE slice of tomato in place of the slice of bread???? The waiter asked me if I wanted any sauces I then ordered hollandaise sauce which comes in those very tiny butter glass bowls and was charged R28.00 of which I had send more than half back should have taken it home I then asked the waiter to call the manager which up till now has not arrived I gave my complaint to the waiter but could see the manager at the till who then reluctantly took off the R12.00 as I then asked for discount on the bread I had not taken My impression was that this particular M&B would charge you for the air you breath in their shop Be assured I will not go back to Clearwater Malls M&B ever again They gave lost me as a customer and hopefully they will understand next time to treat their customers better especially the manager that was on duty Check your bills before paying ay Clearwater Malls M&B

This is a very chilled good option for a quick coffee or casual meal while out shopping or any time. Friendly staff and kids are very welcome. The menu is not amazing or healthy, but everything on it is very decently prepared and presented. The coffee is great and I did also try a scone which was enormous and very satisfying! Definitely one of the nicer M&B's I've been to.

You can't go wrong with M & B! The Classic Eggs Benedict is my absolute favourite breakfast. Consistently good service and food at every branch I go to. Good quality tableware just adds to the quality experience 👌

Had the BBQ cheese burger + Lemon Meringue. I didn't want anything too rich that specific day and I was pleasantly surprised. Easily chowed the whole burger and the chips were much better then what I expected. The Lemon Meringue was probably one of the best I've had but unfortunately the pastry was a teensy bit raw on the very bottom which personally doesn't bother me too much. Easy place to pop in for a good bite to eat and something sweat.

Staff are friendly amd efficient. Place is clean and sanitised frequently. One of the few places where I have not seen the waitrons wearing half masks or no masks. That alone gets 5 stars. However both the burger patties for my table were overcooked thus I cannot give a 5 star rating

Lovely place for a Business meeting. Portions as always are generous. Lost a star because the waiter was overwhelmed by the amount of people he had to attend to. Coffee tasted watered down. I think management didnt anticipate the Monday to be that busy. It happens.

I don't know why I keep going back to Mugg & Bean honestly, their service is always good and the food is prepared quickly... here's the but...Their coffee is terrible and their food consists of huge portions of really bland blandness. I suppose I love to hate it....

Food is fantastic but service not so great. The manager came over to us with the card machine to process our payment and when he approached the table he didn't even have the decensy to greet us.
