Good customer service, just don't go there if you are in a hurry. This branch is usually packed, therefore you will wait longer to get your order. Otherwise, overall, the staff is great and the place is clean with plenty of changing docks for your gadgets.

It was so nice being at this McD's today. The waitresses were super friendly. I don't know their names. But they were helpful, and made jokes with us. The food is always good. The service as well as the self service machine was efficient. Unfortunately, the only setback was that the bathrooms don't have ventilation so they smelled a lot. Which is off-putting. I would go there again though. Really like the hot chocolate and cappuccino, also the pancakes were a bit hard and crusty on the sides. But still edible. Nice place :)

It's chilled vibes, although around 5:30pm, people start playing a game of musical chairs where the best available seats are in a dimly lit corner. They close off a huge part of the restaurant for some reason and between the many customers and social distancing regulations, it's a mission to find seating. It's best to take your food to go. If your alternative to eating in, is either eating cold food or dining in the taxi, accompanied by questionable aromas - you HAVE to stay and fight...may the best man win.

McDonald's is one of my favorite restaurants because I'm always on the road. i like the quick efficient service and they have the best prices in terms of fast foods. However i was disappointed a bit today. I ordered a chocolate cake, this happens to be one of my favorites. When i got home, to my utter disappointment, the cake was hard and tasted old. I don't know how long they keep them on the shelf. But this piece has definitely seen more days than recommend. May you please review shelf life for your cakes?

It's a clean, not so busy and calm Mac Donald store, lots of sitting Available, quite loves it. Very clean. And yes there's just as any stores, there's power outlets (plugs).

Being in the heart of the CBD at lunchtime it is a very busy place. The staff are quite fast and efficient. The toilets however are a disappointing with worn out doors.

Living within the Maboneng and Marshalltown area makes this McDonald's perfect. They close from midnight 00h00 to 01h00 to start their register on a new day...give them that hour and it's all yours again.
