We always come here on a Friday for a sit-down and I have never complained, but today the service was bad! We had to wait nearly half an hour for our food and when we got it, it was already cold! And the portion was way smaller than normal, not cool and not a happy customer.

This is by far the best KFC in Johannesburg undisputed, the staff are friendly , the food is super fresh, the store is always clean, I would recommend that franchises to take a page out of the book of this KFC

We bought a wrap and it was bit still raw. The next day we tried again. We got to the office and the filing was so small it was basically dough and sauce. My daughter phoned and the lady apologized for the unhappiness and said we can come the next day complimentary. That one was still bit small but atleast the taste was perfect and wrap was perfectly browned.

I have only been to this KFC twice during very busy load shedding schedules. The speed of the service was on point and so was the service and no mistakes was made with our order.

Of all the KFCs around, we always drive to this one specifically. The food is good, the store is always clean and you can feel the pride in the shop. Always helpful, always reasonable in the time they take to prepare food, and it's always fresh. Never had anything dry or oily from this franchise. Perhaps their only drawback is not enough cashiers in front but it has never impacted the quality of the service received. They do an awesome job

Very nice fast food., seems there's a KFC on every robot lately. Service was quicker then most outlets, but improvements can always be made. Drive through enterance is interesting to find for first timers. Good portion size. Very friendly staff. Will definitely be getting chow here more often

I find that KFC's quality has gone down. Their chickens are Anarexic and the specials leave much to be desired. I bought a box that had a burger in nuggets and small pieces of chicken wings. Not worth is. I won't buy again unless I'm really desperate.

Food was not up to standard compared to the other KFC's, the chicken and wings was over boiled hence tasteless, the nuggets were soggy and had a water taste to it, and the mash and gravy tasted burnt. Will never purchase from this branch again.
