Lovely little spot in a shopping centre so it has a lot of parking available. We have had their pizza which was fantastic and now their ribs which were great. Service is very efficient and friendly. Music choice is fantastic. Three TVs show current sport. All in all a great dining experience

Hands down best ribs in the west! The meat just falls from the bone. Their portion sizes are great, I like the whole retro feel and vibe. Really recommend this spot to rib lovers.

Great place. The only problem I have with the place is that it can get a bit crowded. My food have always been prepared with a smile and delicious. Please remeber to update the menue from time to time just too make sure your catering for everyone including vegiteriens and vegans. I love the place. Will definitely recomend it to someone in the area. Also please remind the waiters too ask how people want there stake and pattys too be coocked because mine was once not meduim rare but a bit on the well done side. Love the vibe. Keep up the great service and hope too be back soon.

Had a lamb shank, oh my, what a beautiful meal!!! Wifey had the fillet, it was sublime! Service was excellent with the manager taking time with each customer, something I felt was standard years ago, but is overseen these days The abundance of wait staff was a welcome change of pace from the usual spots,our food was fast, the beer was cold. We will most definitely be back! Thanks crowbar for a great meal.

Probably the best steak I've had at any restaurant, ever. The decor is fantastic, music volume is low and the ambience is just right. Great selection of cocktails and an okay-ish whisky bar. Not a cheap meal by any stretch of the imagination, I'd certainly say their pricing is more into the upper echelons and it's downright expensive for a pub. However this isn't a simple pub, it's a restaurant first and a pub second, and the food is just so good that it doesn't really feel like the pricing is unjustified. One area that they consistently fail at is with the beers. When they had craft options available, the beers were always off. The macro producers are represented, but even then it's the popular drivel instead of the better offerings from the brewers. Of the dozen or so occasions that I have ordered a beer at this establishment, I've had to send it back each time because it was either spoilt or the keg was empty and I received a foam and yeast pour. I'll stick to the whiskies. The staff are fantastic and attentive without being overbearing and in your face like so many places where they wait for you to shovel food into your mouth and then waltz up to ask "how's the meal" - None of that here. All in all, a really great place to go for date night.

Had another enjoyable eisbien. I enjoyed the music whilst it lasted. I had arrived at 18:00 and placed my order about twenty minutes later. Service was good until they started clearing up for the night at about 19:25.

Love the industrial decor and vibe. The ribs are absolutely outstanding! Highly recommend. Regrettably, the pizza was very dry and the nachos chips were chewy. Attentive staff.

I would agree that 4.5 stars is a fair reflection as to the service and quality of the food received. If anything could be faulted it is the time taken on the food preparation; i.e., time from order placement to delivery, but is not really regarded as serious. What should be looked at is the items on the menu that is not available when ordering, and are not regarded as a product that may be affected by 'seasonal availability'.

Service not so great, food also not up to standard, one burger was still raw other one was very dry. Place has a cool rustic look, and cocktails very good and reasonably priced. Probably only return for drinks not food.

I can't believe how amazing this find was. The Chicken Piri Piri tasted like authentic Mozambique food. The atmosphere is relaxed and there is plenty of space for family and kids. A few big screens to watch the finals and last but not least, a manager called Joe who knows customer service and good inside out. I get a sense this place is gonna be busy. Try the Ribs or Steak too! Amazing quality and focus on fresh ingredients. A find for the Best of the West!
