I know fast food but today I went in to Macdonalds and received friendly service, the place was neat and clean and the staff were so helpful. The part that really impressed me was the lettuce in my chicken burger, I know this may be strange but it is very rare to find fresh and green leafy lettuce in fast food these days.

Plaslce was neat and clean. Relaxing atmosphere , not crowded at all for a Saturday at midday. Staff was helpful however the order of the food was not accurate. Ordered 2 burger meals, one with all the dressings and one with no dressing. Both were prepared the same. Disappointing for kids .

Lovely atmosphere, friendly staff. A great place to unwind. Had the phuza platter, the ribs could do with a bit more seasoning. Other than that I enjoyed this spot, would visit again.

I love McDee's, and happily purchase a meal per week in support of the franchise. Changed to Westville from the abysmal Pinetown branch. I'm 3 orders in without a food related complaint, have only purchased in store, no deliveries as yet. Perhaps a few gripes; 1. sold out stickers on the menu, keep your stock up guys. 2. Order machines are a bit ineffective, charged my credit card recently, with no receipt, then had to pay cash. Still awaiting reversal on the credit card. 3. A little on the slow side for a fast food outlet. 4. Perhaps change the door system to automation. Good luck McDeez, I see some terrible reviews to boot. Hope you guys improve.

Friendly staff, very neat. Waiting time isn't bad. Only two out of the three automated machines work though, and they don't add jalapeños in the mcflavour chilli cheese fries even though all other branches do and that's how it's advertised, so I was very disappointed when I got home and found that there were no jalapeños in my mcflavour fries. Other than that, it's a good branch.

Recently opened but no drive through as yet. We normally go to Pinetown for McD's, it's awesome having it in Westville. Kids get a weekly treat....me too!
