They can still do better. Most McDonald's can make my coffee extra-hot when I ask by putting in the Microwave, but here I was told they don't have Microwave so I'll have my coffee at machine temperature. So consistent service practices are not ascribed to by all McDonald's. Now my favorites in the metro remains: #1 Kenako Mall #2 Beach front #3 Kabega park McDonald's.

I placed a order on Saturday the 5th of November, and order breakfast with black coffee. I have received coffee with milk in both coffees. The cups was half ful. I have tried to call the branch servall time but no luck.

When it's crazy and by crazy I mean when it's really full you can the staff panicking to provide and accommodate every customer because they don't want to annoy them. I love how the stuff just keeps it together and are never rude. Uitenhage McDonalds rock

Drive thru service is slow at times. I've also become sick from the milk shakes - doubt the machine is cleaned as regularly as it should be.

I have asked for a veggie burger on 3 consecutive occasions and they never have any in stock. I dont mind the cajun chicken burger as an alternative but I would really like to try the veggie burger for the first time!!!
