Food was nice. But the cashier was busy chewing a small bubblegum nd her lips were so dry. She's talking while chewing that put me off a bit. They were less visible on the floor too as we needed a table to be cleaned so we can sit, one guy finally came but he said it was his lunch time( he did assist though).

It was very quiet this Sunday afternoon. I am told that it is quiet busy the rest of the week. The drive through was very busy hence we sat down inside. Counter assistant was friendly and created a pleasant vibe. Food was tasty and well presented. Overall a good experience. Being franchised, I doubt there is much that can be done to make the experience great.

The drive through was very slow, seemed like they were short staffed. Bought cokes and we were told they available but when receiving the order we had to opt for different drinks as coke hasn't been available at the brach.

I am very disappointed in Chicken licken. I have order a 15 piece bucket and only received 13 pieces. Service was great but not the correct amount of chicken pieces were given. Not impressed at all.
