Food and service great, even for large groups

I like Bonamia and have been many times but not for around 12 months. Today the vegetables were icy cold on the plate almost like out the fridge and the fries tasted of being fried in old oil. Please don't lose the allure and sort out these issues.

As a food blogger, I am always looking for places to try that I haven't tried before. Bonamia delivered on my high expectations. The ribs were tender and marinated in a sticky sauce. Some of the best ribs I have tasted in a while. The veg and the baked potato were delicious. The chips and onion rings were okay. The highlight and star dish for me was the chicken schnitzel smothered in feta, bacon and grilled mozzarella. I was happy to see it was cooked all the way through as many restaurants still do not get this right. The saltiness of the feta and bacon against the creaminess of the mozzarella was like a match made in heaven. After my first experience, will I order from them again? Mostly, definitely. I will be back for the chicken schnitzel.

Great family or date restaurant for breakfast, lunch or supper. Amazing food and variety and the portion sizes are large. More than reasonable prices and stunning decor. The staff are friendly and helpful. What else could you want from a dining experience?

Excellent variety on menu. Regular specials. Cosy ambience. Well prepared veggies with main meal always a hit. Interesting traditional dishes like oxtail and well prepared grills. I go back again and again.

I've always had fantastic service here and I've been going here for years. They have a good selection on the menu and the prices are reasonably affordable depending on what you want, but they generally have daily specials which you can find on their website. The portion sizes I would say are very generous and they're very accommodating to your requests. Always walk out happy after visiting.

We chose Wednesday night as Bonamia have a Schnitzel special and we were not disappointed. The service was good, the food fantastic, and one of the staff even looked after my friend's 6 month old baby while the Mom ate her supper. Fab-u-lous.
