The place has improved over the year I have stayed here for, we have less electricity issues, we never have water issues, The security is improving. The place is well maintained otherwise with a variety of flats. Transfer agents make your life easy and assists you very quickly. I was assisted by Nelia Mabena and she helped me quickly through the transfer process.

The friendly and respectful agent Tebogo(tebsa) which I don't know her surname from ithemba who has been assisted to sighed the lease she was amazing, as there was no surprises when I moved in. Everything was the way I was told. The time she assisted we were three of us and she was smiling and making sure that everything goes well with us. Even after i moved in she was still busy checking on me if I am happy or comfortable with my new room. The place is safe im happy about that I have been staying at one of the ithemba buildings for 4yrs now, it's was really great when MR Trevor was managing the place he was so helpful when you have a problem but now I'm not happy with the management .
