We have recently bought our new home through Intro Real Estate. Jennifer Kok was our agent. We can highly recommend Jen. From day one, when the OTP was signed, we have received constant updates. Whenever we had queries/request, Jen was there and followed up on all. The day when we have moved in, we had some trouble loading some pre-paid electricity. Even thou this was not Jennifers problem, she went out of her way, even contacting the Counsellor (over a weekend) to help sort out our problem.
