It's been about 4years now I learned alot I feel like she is a professional family member and she is very passionate about she does

I had a session with her and no complaints there. My only issue is I have been waiting for my next appointment for months now. I am not sure why because all her assistant tells me, is that they will be in touch. Some feedback would be nice so that if there are any problems, we can work together to resolve them. Now too much time has passed and need to look for a new professional. Had I been in a critical state, what then? Keep the communication loop please
