Absolutely brilliant service and fantastic quality of food

This place gets full and sometimes that slows down the order time compared to other Roman's Pizza places. Nonetheless, the staff is very friendly and professional. The online order service is also efficient and better. Well, all the times I make a purchase here in person I wait between 20 and 30 minutes or more. That's not a good time for "fast food". If only, they can be a little bit more quicker. The place is always clean and they have a great customer service. They also observe the covid protocols very well. I also like that they have disabled parking bays and the security personnel are visible and it's a great place to order from online or pay a visit. No negative experience yet.

Roman's pizzas are very nice but their service needs more attention. Waiting sometimes for hours for your order makes a person feel not to buy here anymore. That's just my opinion.

This is the only Roman's pizza we ever go to in Port Elizabeth.. We love all your deals it's value for money 😁 Our favorite pizza is the caramelized onion and Russian pizza 😋 we love the thick base soft and fluffy. It does take some waiting time but we then go walk around in the other shops if it's open

Very convenient and I love my large deep base Four in One and Supreme pizzas ... yum ! Only one bad experience, when I had to wait in the queue whilst one of the staff argued with a customer over her order ... in the end I walked away.
