D. M.I was admitted on the 3rd of September and I was discharged on the 3rd of October. The treatment I got it was excellent, the nurses were very friendly they made my stay at hospital very easily. I would like to thank Refilwe Serete she is a very hard working person and not to forget Nyeleti Makhuvhela she always makes me smile 😊 Thank you Soo much God bless you
T. S. B.The most amazing place for you and your baby to be taken care of. Every single staff member is an absolute angel, from security to reception, to the nurses, midwives and doctors. Our daughter was born there and we were back there again a few weeks later when she got sick and was admitted. Before, during and after birth I was treated so well by everyone and had the most amazing experience where my baby and I were cared for so nicely. Every time my baby was with a nurse I felt at ease and not an ounce of anxiety or worry because they are so great and gentle with the babies too. When she was 4 weeks and we returned when she was sick, they were just as great, looking after and treating our little girl in the most gentle and caring way, putting our minds at ease and communicating the entire time. I adore everyone at this hospital and will always be grateful. I can’t even imagine going anywhere else with her again! Dr Bhagwan is the pediatrician that assisted us both times and she is absolutely amazing too. Thank you everyone 🙏🙏 would highly recommend this hospital to anyone who has or is about to have a baby!
S. S.My compliments go out to Erasa Smit, the RN who does the 4D scan ultrasound. She's so kind, takes her time during the scan, communicated everything with me throughout the whole procedure, I left her room satisfied as she tried her best to find all my baby's face and other features. Continuous positive attitude. I'm really happy and definitely recommend her service.
M. E. Z.I delivered here on 17 February after an induction due to post dates and must say this hospital is AMAZING!!! The labour ward nurses are highly professional, friendly and KNOW their stuff. I was so happy and amazed by everyone at this establishment from the security to the cleaner everyone is amazing. The rooms are individual and the nurses come check on you consistently and are more than willing to assist with anything. Keep up the good work FEMINA, my only suggestion is that the showers at the induction rooms have no shelving to put toiletry on whilst showering other than that, it's a 5 star rating from me
M. N.My stays at Femina have always been pleasant. Been there 4 times in 2 years for 4 days on average. Consistent professional and friendly service from Dr's, nurses and support staff. I highly recommend this hospital.
S. M.This was my 3rd baby at the hospital and I must say service is becoming very bad.... Everything except my gynae and paed is deteriorating... The food standard has become horrible.... The hospital needs to be upgraded.. Bathrooms are old and sink was leaking.... Really couldn't wait to leave sad because I really loved it.... Management please upgrade the facilities and definitely change catering company 😢
