My regular pharmacy and one that has always given me good service. Kim in the prescription section is always happy to go the extra mile. Lay-out of the store is a bit messy but that is because of the shape of the shop. Good pharmacy and easy parking.

It's not often that one has a reason to compliment great service when you experience it. I think that it's worth mentioning the great service you l've received from Shilo Thomas. On two occasions he 'rescued' me with great service assisted me with mistakes made by other pharmacists/pharmacy assistants with no negativity or plame of his colleagues. Just polite and efficient service. He should be considered a valuable asset as a Dischem Cresta staff member. Well done and thank you Shilo.

I went to Dischem to make my first baby purchases, something I was very nervous about. The staff at Dischem Cresta went out of their way to make the experience stress free and enjoyable, by far the best customer service I have experienced in the larger Johannesburg area. I wanted to thank specifically Jabu and her team from the Baby Center for helping us select, order and place a delivery for our crib, mattress, car seat and stroller. Your advice was invaluable and your patience much appreciated. A thank you to Thomas and Monray for your timely assistance in delivery and setup for my crib, car seat and stroller. I appreciated the above and beyond guidance on how to install a car seat, going as far as actually helping me install the car seat into my vehicle and showing me how it can be adapted for baby over the next years. To the management of Dischem Cresta and customer service who assured the transactions and shopping experience went smoothly for my wife and I, a thank you as well. If your looking to start, grow or explore baby products for your family- I highly recommend Dischem Cresta!

The 5 stars is just for the gentleman in the Vitamin section who went out of his way to assist me with finding the right medications and providing advice. He went as far as fetching me a basket himself, and going through every item on my script with me and helped me find the best and cheapest options available.
