I only got the opportunity to visit this place for a very short period as I stayed overnight at the Stayeasy Hotel across from the Ridge casino. The place was very neat and clean. There is a bowling alley and game room for the kids by the magic company. The casino is really small with a bar area and a smoking area on the casino floor. There aren't many restaurants as there is a mall right next door. I'm not sure if you have to exit the casino to enter the mall, but there was a staircase leading in the direction of the mall.

We had great fun. We visited the magic company and played a lot of fun games. After that we went to watch a movie. The cinema was very clean. We watched it in 3D and the screen was very clear. The staff was very helpful. Always willing to help. I would recommend going for a rainy day. We had lots of fun and spent minimum monies.

It's not the same anymore. The Casino floor is loud and visitors are dressed in t-shirts and slacks. I miss the days when you got glammed up for a VIP experience without spending your life savings. I picked up a wallet at the entrance and handed it to the Festival Desk without a thank you.🙈🙈🙈

I absolutely love the entertainment area. It's clean and we'll looked after. There is tempin bowling, mini golf, arcade, movies and more. The price are so much lower for movies so it's affordable to take my family to the movies. Truly happy

Billy G's Dinner Reservation I made a telephonic booking well upfront Woman who assited was not well informed on telephone etiquette to deal with customers. Arrived - nobody came to assist with drinks. We had to go look for someone to take our drinks order after 30min since arrival. Food was good - but once again - no assistance - we had to go look for someone to assist at the food counter. Receptionist and front staff needs training in customer service. Complements to the chefs and kitchen staff for the food.

I loved spending my time at The Magic Company. The vibe is very vibrant and lively during peak hours and especially during the weekends. I am a DanceDance Revolution fan so it was quite a welcome surprise that the arcade has the machine. This marks my nearest access to the game. Will be visiting again soon.

Plenty of things to do , the cinema is one of the best and really affordable. I would definitely recommend going as fun for the family and for yourself. The restaurants are of top quality . Would rate 6 stars if I could.

Did a quick stop at this casino on our way back from Dullstroom. Friendly staff on entrance. Small casino area, as well as the smoking casino section. Needs a few more updated machines. Didnt really walk about or checkout the restaurants as we had to leave.

Starting at the Cuban Restaurant.... Well great food allround and very cheap in deed. Great service and friendly staff. Discount for casino card holders. Casino it self id s good place to let off the pressure.... be prepaired to spend a lot of cash..... Stay away from Machines.... Poor pay outs.... Tables are the better option here.
