They are very professional, but at the same time they build a relationship to help understand you are a person. I had a lady named Chanel who assisted me with my recruitment process. It was an amazing experience, i was always informed about what was happening with regards to the process. She made sure that she does an preparation interview with me before my actual interview. She called me on the day on the interview to wish me well, she even called after the interview to find out how it was. It was surely a pleasant experience.
